Características:
     Este bloque mostrara un select para darle la posibilidad a los usuarios de cambiar de themes.

     Los themes se actualizaran sin necesidad de que el usuario recarge la pagina,
     ya que el codigo esta realizado con un pequeño JavaScripts.
     Notas:
          Para que funcione se tiene que seleccionar los permisos de cambiar de theme.
          Solo apareceran en la lista los themes seleccionados desde la administracion.
         
Configuraciones:
     Las configuraciones se realizan en la administracion de themes.
          Administración - Configuración del Foro  - Temas y Diseño

     ¿Permitirle a los usuarios seleccionar su propio tema?  (Tiene que estar activa)
     Temas que el usuario puede seleccionar: (Aca tienen que seleccionar los temas que se veran)
