Características:
     Este bloque mostrara los temas fijos de los foros seleccionados.
     Opciones:
          Seleccionar cantidad de temas a mostrar.
          Seleccionar la cantidad de caracteres a mostrar del titulo.
          Seleccionar los foros de donde se leeran los temas.
          Seleccionar si se va a mostrar el autor del tema o no.

Configuraciones:
     $Limit = 10; //Cantidad de temas a mostrar (0 para desactivar limite).
     $Character = 35; //Caracteres a mostrar antes que aparescan los ...
     $Boards = '1,2,3,4'; //Id de los foros a leer (Separar las id con comas).
     $autor = 0; //Mostrar/ocultar Autor. (0 desactiva, 1 activa).
