Si no es mucha impertinencia me gustaría saber como han conseguido el efecto ese de que cuando estas apunto de descargar alguna cosa deslizas el ratón de lado y la pagina cambia. Osea no hace falta dar clic tan solo con mover el ratón la pagina se cambia.

Si es un código pues si podéis decírmelo...
