Problema con codificacion

Hola a todos, quisiera saber porque de un momento a otro en mi foro comenzaron a verse los acentos y las ñ con simbolos raros, si alguien puede decirme donde esta el problema lo  agradeceria.

goleadores.net es mi foro asi se fijan si saben de algo, gracias.
