Hello,

I'm using SMF 2.0 in utf8 and Adk Portal 2.0 Elysium Edition.

When I use caracters like é è ù :
- in the titles of the blocks they are replaced whith this symbol: �
- in the body of a BBcode block, the entire text disapears

I did'nt find my language files (French) so I've downloaded the dutch-utf8 one and translated in French (in fact only the Adk-Modifications.french-utf8.php one, for the Adk-Admin.french-utf8.php, I used Notepad++ to convert the english one in utf8 ).

Now the settings are in french (example: "Add news" -> "Ajouter une actualité"), the caracters é è appears correctly in the settings, but I still have the same problem as described above.
For example, when I create a BBC block:
- in the titles of the blocks they are replaced whith this symbol: �
- in the body of a BBcode block, the entire text disapears

Thanks for anyone that could help me solve this problem.
