Extreme Download System Error

Just installed  Adk Portal 2.0 « Elysium Edition but when i try to upload a new download I get this error

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

eveything else works perfect.. I use SMF 2.0.1

Any Idea's
