Index Error After Install

Hello,

Just tried to install your portal Adk Portal 2.0 into my 2.0 smf board, default theme, and though everything checked successfully before installing, after installing I'm now unable to connect to my forum board because I receive the following error on my index.php:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_IF in /home/*****/public_html/*****/forum/Sources/Subs-adkfunction.php on line 1

Upon checking the file, the code is extremely sloppy (it's one big line and spaced out with massive white space in between syntax) and difficult to troubleshoot, so I cannot locate the source of the error.

I've uploaded a new subs_adkfunction.php file but this did no good. What is causing this and how do I fix it? Also, fyi, I had no other mods installed when I installed your portal.
